Our Story
Burg-Wächter has been ensuring safety in people's lives since 1920. Living safely and comfortably. That is the wish and basic need of every individual for themselves and their family. Burg Wächter has been making the world a little bit safer since 1920. Every day, we work to develop and manufacture the right products and solutions for people's everyday lives. Our story began in 1920 in a small locksmith's workshop in Wetter Volmarstein. Today, Burg-Wächter is an internationally renowned brand for mechanical and electronic security. We still develop our products “Made in Germany” and manufacture many of them at our German locations.

WE TRAIN HERE
Two locations, one company! Burg-Wächter was founded in Wetter (Ruhr) more than 100 years ago. Sales, marketing, and accounting are based at the company headquarters. Production, development, logistics, and purchasing are located in Meinerzhagen (Märkischer Kreis).
