The consumers have decided: BURG-WÄCHTER is one of the brands with the highest customer satisfaction in Germany. This was the result of a recent survey by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation in various categories.
The security specialist from Wetter-Volmarstein leads the ranking in the letter boxes and parcel boxes segment and was therefore honoured with the prestigious PLUS X AWARD 2024 for "highest customer satisfaction".
BURG-WÄCHTER impresses consumers
"We are delighted to receive this award. After all, the customers voted in favour of our products. This proves that our Letter boxes are very well received by people thanks to their high quality, great durability and easy handling," says Gerrit Lüling, Sales Division Manager at BURG-WÄCHTER.
The company has been one of the market leaders in letter boxes for decades and convinces end consumers with classic and modern models made of various materials. BURG-WÄCHTER not only offers well-known stainless steel or steel letter boxes, but also high-quality plastic models in many different colours. This means that every customer can find the perfect model for their individual needs.
BURG-WÄCHTER has been developing and producing models for all requirements since 1975. Many Letter boxes are still manufactured "Made in Germany" today. BURG-WÄCHTER always pays attention to the longevity of the models. In addition, practical details such as the opening stop make everyday life easier. Stainless steel or plastic Letter boxes are also extremely weather-resistant and easy to clean.
Perfect combination: parcel box plus letter box
The extensive BURG-WÄCHTER programme also includes the eBoxx EASY + parcel box. Thanks to the smart parcel box, every delivery is delivered at the first attempt - regardless of the parcel or delivery service. A special product feature: multiple deliveries from different service providers can also be secured. In addition, the parcel box can be supplemented with an exactly matching top-mounted letter box, meaning that a separate letter box is no longer required.
"Driven by the online shopping boom, people have been sending more and more parcels in recent years. Our eBoxx therefore fits in perfectly with the times and enables customers to receive every order directly. This not only saves time and nerves, but also helps to protect the environment," says Gerrit Lüling.
Results of a survey of more than 11,000 men and women
Exactly 11,467 valid votes were analysed in the PLUS X AWARD survey. The men and women surveyed were aged between 20 and 65. The results were used to identify the brands that end consumers believe fulfil their promises and offer high-quality products and good service.
Like BURG-WÄCHTER, they were honoured in the Letter boxes category for "highest customer satisfaction". AEG (tumble dryers), Gigaset (telephones) and Sixt (car hire) also received the PLUS X AWARD in their categories.
